Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation of a booking must be made a minimum of forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence, pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine. If you wish to cancel a booking, the only accepted method is through your account in our Website.
- In case of cancellations of bookings the following charges will be applied:
- In the event of a cancellation notice which is received by Blueline.agency at least forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence, pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine, all funds will be reimbursed.
- In the event of a cancellation notice which is received by Blueline.agency less than forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence, pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine, no funds paid will be reimbursed.
- In the event that you cancel or amend a credit card booking, Blueline.agency will not be liable for any monetary losses suffered by you as a result of a change in monetary exchange rates between the time of your original booking and its subsequent cancellation or amendment (as applicable).
- Minimal number of rental days in July, August, December, and January is 2 days, if booking is made for less than 2 days for mentioned months, the lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

How can I pay?
Price for the rent can be paid online or when customer takes the vehicle, cash or with credit card (MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron,Stripe, PayPay, Wire transfer).
It is possible to pay in cash and foreign currency?
Our car rental company accepts cash and also through any foreign currency as Euro, USD$, CHF and English Pound.
What is the total rental price?
All prices can be found in our price list and are always current. With number of days and selected vehicle can be simply and easily calculate how much will the rent cost. When booking a vehicle, you'll will recive a complete price quotation so that you can simply print it on the road.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes: vehicle for specified period, assistance services, accident insurance, regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, oil and other service charges except fuel
What is a deposit for a vehicle?
There's a deposit of 250€ for selected cars
When you can delivery the car?
Our working hours are flexible to your needs and therefore it is possible to delivery a car whenever is booked in advance.
Changing the car after the reservation?

Do we accept walk-in booking?
We strongly advise you to book online. This way, you will get an instant quote for your vehicle of choice. However, if you need further clarification and would like instant assistance, you can call or email us. Walk in and call in rates will be higher compared to bookings made online.
